This help article explains how to add a new payment method in your PagePixels account.
Note: PagePixels uses Stripe for payment, subscription, invoice, and receipt management.
Log in to your PagePixels account.
Go to your billing portal
Click on the user icon and select the Billing option from the dropdown menu.
Update payment method
Click the +Add payment method button.
Select and fill out your payment information. Click the Add button.
Once successfully added, your new payment should automatically be set to default.
You can change which payment method is used for your subscription in your billing portal.
Click the more icon next to the payment method and select the Make default option.
You can remove a payment method in your billing portal.
Click the more icon next to the payment method and select the Delete option.
Note: You can only delete a payment method that is not set to default.
If you click +Add payment method and you see a page that looks like this:
Click the more icon and select the "Pay without Link" option.
This will get you to the page where you can add a new payment method.
