How to automate screenshots of a Google Sheet

Introduction

Create a screenshot

Log in to your PagePixels account, and click the "+Create Screenshot" button.

Set your schedule

By default, recurring screenshots are set to every 5 minutes.

To change the default value to 15, click into the input box and change the number.

Set your URL

Copy and paste your Google Sheets public share link into the "Website URL to Capture" field.

Save Screenshot

Click the green "Save Screenshot" (top-right).

Your screenshot automation is officially set, and your first screenshot will be taken shortly.

Notes

  • The defaults for screenshots generated by PagePixels are "Page Width" (1920px), "Page Height" (1000px), and "Wait Time to Capture Screenshot" (1500ms). You can change these settings in your screenshot's configurations at anytime.
