How to automate screenshots of a Google Sheet

Introduction

Create a screenshot

Log in to your PagePixels account, and click the "+Create Screenshot" button.

Set your schedule

By default, recurring screenshots are set to every 5 minutes.

To take a screenshot every 15 minutes, click into the input field with the default value 5 and change it to 15.

Add your URL

Copy and paste the public link for your Google Sheet into the "Website URL to Capture" field.

Save Screenshot

Click the green "Save Screenshot" button (top-right).

Your screenshot automation is officially set, and your first screenshot will be taken shortly.

Notes

  • The defaults for screenshots generated by PagePixels are "Page Width" (1920px), "Page Height" (1000px), and "Wait Time to Capture Screenshot" (1500ms). These settings can be changed in your screenshot configuration anytime.
