How to take screenshots by geographical location

Introduction

PagePixels is a screenshot automation tool for taking automated scheduled screenshots of online content, including location-based content.

To create a screenshot based on a specific geographical location, you can use PagePixels' Real Locations feature.

Real Locations uses a proxy network to capture web pages as they really appear to users in different countries, major cities, and any US state.

PagePixels is free to start, and below are step-by-step instructions for how to automatically take location-based screenshots on a daily schedule using Real Locations.

To take daily screenshots of a web page from a specific location:

Create a screenshot

Log in to your PagePixels account, and click the "+Create Screenshot" button.

Set your schedule

By default, recurring screenshots are set to every 5 minutes.

For a daily screenshot, change the default frequency values from every "5" "Minutes" to every "1" "Days" using the input field and drop-down menu.

Add URL

Copy and paste the URL for the website you would like to screenshot into the Website URL to Capture field.

Use Real Locations

Select your desired location from the Real Locations drop-down menu.

Save Screenshot

Click the green "Save Screenshot" (top-right) button.

Your screenshot automation is officially set, and your first screenshot will be taken shortly.
